I didn’t walk away from six figures in retainer income because I was uncertain.

I walked away because I was clear.

Clear that I will no longer be scaled without rightful exchange. 

Clear that I will not dilute what is sacred for comfort or capital.

Clear that what this world needs is not more polished offerings—but more honest ones.

I’ve spent decades in the unseen trenches of transformation—offering my field, my nervous system, and my insight to some of the most powerful people in business, media, and philanthropy. And I’ve seen it:
